Zaake noted

Dear friends in the struggle and especially those in our generation, with alot of pain I do write to bring to your attention that the struggle to liberate this Country from the hands of our grand parents is absolutely ours. It is not just a battle but rather a war which everyone of us, male or female, rich or poor, educated or illiterate, the middle class, the jobless, the vagabonds, the apolitical, the political irrespective of our political patronage must fight.

Countrymen, our Country is in the state of quagmire not because of brain drain, we have brainy people within the dot-com era(sic) who can run this country providing appropriate solutions to the current challenges but also using upto date criteria. Our status quo portends a leadership using Stone Age criteria to remedy problems in the 21st century, just to butress my argument, bottle irrigation has no space in this century, while other countries construct multi lane-roads we are still craving for two lane roads and with a big percentage of our roads without tarmac, we are buying cancer machine manufactured in the 19th century to treat people in 21st century, our education syllabi are still colonial in type, doling out sacks of money by the fountain of honor, dinning with the corrupt, the army invading parliamentary chambers et al, the list is endless. Now, if we let those who pee on the streets of the capital in broad day light continue with the mantle, iam afraid to say, we are headed for a serious conundrum.

Friends, some of us have already sacrificed our lives on the political alter of this country because as of now iam not sure of what was injected in me, if we had advanced machines in Uganda I would establish it from here but due to lack of the same iam prone to await results from the blood samples that we sent abroad for a myriad tests to establish my fate, iam told this will take around two weeks.

Zaake said: Iam experiencing severe pain in my ribs and forehead, due to the high presure that was exerted on my skull, my doctor said that wearing the head gear is the only solution to prevent destruction of my brain that is why I have this head gear on. This physical pain of my body and uncertainity of my health condition is not what pains me, all that breaks me down are those that make fun of my situation, I do not know whether you are healthworkers but my doc. told me that unconsciousness has no stipulated time, that it may take a few minutes, others spend hours and also days in this condition but truth be told it is I who does know what befell me, taking my situation for fun is likened to laughing at a disability because no one calls for it but by God’s will it happens. In the time I was unconscious, my colleagues told me all that happened as earlier communicated in my previous writ.

Comrades while I  Zaake pen this down many security operatives are spying on me in the hospital where iam lying, iam told they intend to arrest me as soon as I get well, I want to tell them that iam not apologetic for defending the constitution and also wish to unequivocally state that iam ready to be arrested and jailed for for this cause afterall Nelson Mandela was in jail for 27years. Iam not relenting, iam in the struggle to deliver the leadership of this country into our generation, this is a generation battle that is why I call upon every youth to do something within the law wherever you are to stop the lifting of the age limit, call your MP, meet them, engage them and most importantly remind them that power belongs to the people.
