Common Wealth Medalist, Joshua Cheptegei Won’t Run This Year With A Knee Injury

The current fasted Uganda’s long runner, Joshua Kiprui Cheptegei who has made his country proud for winning many different gold medals from Common Wealth games. He wasn’t the only one who won these medals, but there were other Ugandan fast runners who too raised the Ugandan flag.

Joshua Kiprui Cheptegei is not ready to run anymore this year.

However, the flag bearer and long distance runner, Kiprui Cheptegei will not be able to participate in competitive races this year due to knee injury which couldn’t favor him to continue for the whole of this year.

Cheptegei, who won two Gold medals in 5000 and 10,000m at the recent concluded Common Wealth Games in Gold Coast-Australia. But to the sad note, the runner shocked many people while on social media were he disclosed his  knee injury that can’t support him as of per for more competitions this year.The personality, Joshua has really made Uganda a better place to live when he made it to be recognized almost in the Whole World.
