The Blues will also chuck Loic Remy into the mix,[4] though the English outlet reports the Toffees will stubbornly hold out for £75m.

Lukaku’s game is still so raw with a questionable first touch,[1] but the powerful Belgian’s goal-scoring record in England, combined with Diego Costa yearning for a move back to Atletico Madrid according to reports,[8] mean the Blues are determined to bring the 23-year-old back to Stamford Bridge.

Who is Lukaku ?

Romelu Menama Lukaku is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a striker currently playing for Everton FC. He was on May 13, 1993 in Antwerp Belgium.[9]

Lukaku, is among the few that are being linked to their former clubs that they once played for.[3] Like the likes of Pogba who  has been rumoured in the transfer window since the beginning of it that he may soon be heading to Manchester United his ex club.[3]

Morata is now described as former Juventus  player after he switched back to his former club Real Madrid, this summer in Spain.[1] The question is do they former clubs now see the talent in their former players or the players are after money.[9]

Still on transfers in Chelsea, their long season loan Juan Cuadrado,[10] who is actually back at the Stamford Bridge, is linked to AC Milan which is willing to offer £8.7million with a further £15.1m coming a year later.

As transfers are becoming more jolly, According to Star, Everton’s offer of £10m has been turned down in bid of  Swansea’s Captain Ashley Williams.[12]
