Microsoft Office 2016 Is Out, Added Lots Of New Features

Microsoft has announced the release of its latest office 2016 today, it is microsoft’s new version of its productivity suite in three years period, the company included new cloud computing era, document editing Apps such as Google Drive and other team-work features.

Microsoft also included new features to office Word, Excel, Outlook, real time Co-editing to its web Apps which is fixed to the desktop App so that you can be able to work without opening your browser. Office 2016 allows a number of people to work together on documents and its easier for people to work on projects. Word, Excel and Outlook all have a visual refresh with more colors for each icon.

For those of you that love skype, it has been integrated within the Apps so that you can be able to send instant messages, video chat or share files within.

The company has also added a “Tell Me “ tool to Excel and Word which helps users to quickly search for different functions .

With office 2016, you will not need to switch between different programs especially communicating with each other and editing documents, the company has installed all that within its single software, like I said before, Skype is also integrated a swell as Outlook which allows group chatting and file sharing.

Microsoft Chief Executive Officer, Satya Nadella said the way people work has dramatically changed these days and that’s why the company has changed its productivity and business processes for Cloud-based and Mobile.
