The current president of Russia, His excellency Vladmir Putin has proudly revealed he’s not having a smart phone, withstanding the current technology era for a number of reasons.

The president who is an ex KGB spy and who was once accused of bigger crimes before joining politics, came forth to put right an administrator during the meeting at C.S.E ( Council for Science and Education ), this official talked about the use of energy in the republic of Russia comparing the price of using electricity to boil water and to send a voice message using mobile device that most Russians use.

During the conversation, Putin shared his current well-known dislike of advanced technology observation of mobile phones with the head of Kurchatov Institute, Mikhail Kovalchuk.

According to the state agency Itar-Tass, Putin challenged Mikhail and reminded him of what he said that everyone has a cellphone, forgetting that even himself has got no cellphone.

The spokesperson to the president said that its true the Russian leader does not have a smart phone, but he prefers to use a different communication system.

If Putin is in need of using a cellphone, he officially borrows one from his workers and when he finishes, he returns it back, according to Argumentry i fakty.
