Sudan -At least 27 people have been killed and 219 injured during the ongoing demonstrations against president Omar Al-Bashir’s government.
Dozens have so far been arrested in a brutal crackdown on demonstrations against the price increase of basic commodities including bread, fuel shortage etc.
These ongoing demonstrations have so far taken over 9 days. Sudanese are still demanding Bashir’s resignation though he has refused and the Army is still arresting many Journalists.
These riots are not yet resolved because of the current president’s resistance to move off the presidential seat in peace.
Many people are falling victims of the situation and some Ugandans are stuck there.
