The letter said she was humbled by the opportunity given to her by the president to add a stone to the development of our dear country Uganda.

Mrs Musisi has served 7 and half years in KCCA, her appointment drawing back in 2011 and it’s believed her position was the highest paying job in Uganda and now handing in her resignation which will take effect 15th Dec 2018 will leave a big hole regardless of who will be appointed next.

According to the Sources, the executive director cited differences that are happening in the KCCA politically and other reasons such as appointing madam Betty Kamya who’s reportedly believed that she wants all the credit to go to her forced Jennifer Musisi to hand in her resignation before things become worse.

It’s also reportedly believed Mrs Musisi lost her favour to the president when he lost in Kampala again during the 2016 general election, meaning she was appointed to bridge that gap between Kampala opposition people and the ruling party through doing great things for them, such as creation of jobs within town, good roads among others, but this genuinely failed to sink in among the masses since it’s believed that the appointment of the executive director has brought more misery than good with the most common policy being to get rid of street vendors which has cost lives too.

It’s also reportedly believed that madam Jennifer Musisi was fed up of taking every blame from the public for anything bad that happened in Kampala, according to close sources.
