Arab Family Pays Full Wedding Expenses For Ugandan Domestic Worker, Netizens Couldn’t Believe It

This might sound like a dream to many out there but it’s the reality. The relationship between this adorable Arab family and the Ugandan housemaid has come a long way.

Majority of employers try their level best to consider their housemaids as family members although it is a rare case in the Middle East, where cases of domestic workers being abused have been on the rise lately.

However, a relationship based on mutual trust and comprehension will surely improve daily communication with housemaids. Mr Khalid Al Ameri and his maid is one of those.

As time passes, the housemaids will also feel comfortable sharing their personal lives and problems with their employers. Khalid posted on his Facebook page that his househelp was comfortable enough to tell them that she is returning home to get married and start a family of her own.

According to the vlogger who is known for his videos about life in the Middle East and comedy skits with his dear wife Salama Mohamed, their housemaid identified as Sarah is a Ugandan and has been part of their family for six years.

Sarah has been part of our family for six years . She is now returning to her home country to start a family of her own. So we decided to give her a couple of surprises before she leaves,” said Khalid.

The inspiring couple and their 2 children began with surprising Sarah with a goodbye cake. They did this whilst recalling the past experience they had shared together.

The kind-hearted housemaid is reported to have started working with this Arab family that lives in Abu Dhabi (UAE) when the vlogger’s last born was only two years old. Both had a lifelong bond of friendship.

The Arab family exchanged hugs and showered the Ugandan domestic worker with lots of praises. They cried as they let their favorite housemaid who had become part of the family throughout the years.

We love you and will miss you so much Sarah, you will always have a place in our hearts and in our home,” added Khalid.

Sarah couldn’t believe after the adorable couple finally revealed they were going to cater for all her wedding expenses. They told her not to touch any of her money.

I want to tell the world that there are people you never imagined you will meet but they make you happy,” said Sarah.

I never lacked anything. They gave me anything i asked for. They never say no,” she added.

The comedian and his wife Salama further revealed they will travel from UAE to attend Sarah’s wedding that will take place in January 2021.

Their generosity and demonstration of good wishes touched netizens who flooded the comment text area to congratulate Sarah.
