People, especially those with a pale, fair or freckled complexion and those with red and blond hair, are at greater risk as they could be exposed to skin cancers and even melanoma.

People whose profession requires long periods of exposure to the sun are also exposed to the sun’s rays for a long duration. Exposure to the sun between 10 am to 4 pm is the most dangerous during the summer season.

Moreover, sports professionals, golfers, athletes and farmers are also exposed to the sun frequently. Longer exposure to the sun can not just cause tanning because they have deeper consequences that drastically affect the body’s wellness.

Thus, for all these reasons, protective clothes are a necessity for all the people of Australia, for their safer living.
