Dr Sudhir Ruparelia business empire in the category of hotels is shining once again. Two hotels under the Ruparelia Group of Companies Common Wealth Hotel Munyonyo and Speke Hotel have won the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2019.
Started in 2001, Speke Resort Munyonyo is spread on approximately 90 acres of land and has a total of 472 rooms divided into seven categories.
It consists of five restaurants, two bars, gym, two swimming pools, steam sauna, spa, squash court, business centre, boat ride and horse ride in the hotel.
Munyonyo Common wealth Resort Hotel was awarded the best luxury hotel and conference centre in East Africa, while Speke Resort and Conference Centre was voted 2019’s best Luxury Lakeside Resort in the African continent, according to certificates signed off by Brandon Lourens, the Chairman and CEO of World Luxury Hotel Awards.
“This award serves as recognition of sustained commitment to excellence in hoteliering and outstanding and the achievement in the international luxury hospitality industry…,” the awards to the above hotels reads in part.
Commenting about the development Rajiv Ruparelia the group Director pledged to continue providing best service in the region and competitive fairly in providing international accommodation and conference services.
