Don’t Wait To Be Sorry, Just Don’t Do It

Why do people wait until the damage is done to realize they just shouldn’t have done something. Every one of us has a conscience that always communicates when we are doing something wrong. We always know it when we are throwing ourselves into the fire.

Unfortunately, most times we give in to our pride or lust and go head flat to the ground.

It feels good to say sorry, I mean its beautiful but the truth is sometimes we say it when its too late. Sorry means you have owned up to your mistake and perhaps you regret it but it doesn’t take away the fact that you did it anyway.

It can’t erase the memory of what you did from the mind of the person you offended. You will find someone saying its OK after hearing your sorry and yet nothing is really OK.

Actions speak louder than words. In the very first place, we should know that every action has consequences that just a mere sorry may never change. We are human because we can control everything that comes our way.

Animals never think before acting. We on the other hand think and have self control, the power to choose what to do and not to do because we know the end result of our actions.

Don’t get me wrong, we should always forgive, after all to err is human but to forgive is divine. However this is not an excuse that because we are human, we keep moving in errors the whole time.

Let it just come as a fact that it was inevitable. Saying sorry is a good virtue but sticking to good character carries more weight.
