Emma Carlos: Government Should Include Music Industry In National Budget

legendary music promoter Emmanuel Mulondo commonly known as Emma Carlos is among the best and talented managers in the country and he already set a record that will never be forgotten.

For many years now, he has fallen out with several musicians in the music industry and he no longer has great artistes under his music label called Twinkle star Agency. He introduced artiste like Coco Finger to the music scene before they fell out and later signed Khalifah Aganaga.

Carlos also separated with Khalifah and became part of the Goodlyfe crew’s management when Mowzey Radio was still alive. He was again fired over poor management.

After making huge loses due to the pandemic lockdown, Emma Carlos came out and asked the government to consider music and creative industry by including it in the National Budget.

He suggested that banks should give artistes developmental loans even without security. In his words, he called out General Salim Saleh and Maj Elly Kayanja to help them fulfill their dreams.
