FDC said it has gathered enough evidence to pin the former IGP, General Kale Kayihura in court who’s currently detained, the party also wants Kayihura to be tried in Civil Court, but not the court-martial.
Speaking to the reporters at the Forum for Democratic Change headquarters, the party officials said that a legal commission of inquiry contained of three high court magistrates must immediately be constituted to allow FDC officials, supporters and public to register their complaints against the former IGP.
The president himself has his personal interests yet there’s a National interest in his inquiry, it’s therefore a non-combatant case that can strike that justice, according to the party spokesman, Ssemujju Ibrahim.
