Former RnB Singer Michael Ross Gives His Life To Christ

Former RnB singer Michael Kakooza popularly known as Michael Ross has handed his life over to Jesus Christ in search of salvation. The singer who was a force to reckon in the early 2000’s especially in the Rnb world suddenly fell into drugs addiction and went off scene.

Songs such as ‘Senorita, Yoyo, Number one‘ saw the hunky star rise to a list of one of the favorite musicians in the country coupled with his breathtaking breakdancing skills.

Michael Ross tried to make a few comebacks but failed and his last highlight was being bounced off Ginu Wine’s concert at Lugogo Cricket oval

Ross later relocated to the US where he’s been residing for the past couple of years. Now in a video posted on his Facebook page, the singer is seen being baptized in water by born again pastors. The singer goes ahead to declare how he’s turned his life over to Jesus Christ.

Ross has now resorted to teaching the youth about the dangers of drug abuse. This is after he battled addiction and depression from drug abuse and had to go into rehab.

Ross is not the first singer to convert from secular music to pastoral work. Desire Luzinda, Grace Nakimera are some of those who have ditched their past lives. They have since embraced the path of light and salvation.

We wish him all the best on the road to recovery and hope he doesn’t relapse.
