Grenade Official Responds To Kato Lubwama’s Diss

Singer Grenade Official has decided to respond to veteran comedian and failed politician Kato Lubwama’s recent remarks.

The ex-Rubaga South MP dissed Grenade’s viral song, Babandana. Kato Lubwama said that this is bubblegum music and trash and the artists who made it are fake.

He added that this can’t be categorized as real and for him as a certified entertainer, he doesn’t understand anything of this music.

However, according to Grenade Official, Kato Lubwama should instead sing for himself what he terms real music. The TNS singer also said that he has respect for the ex-MP. But, if that is how he sees things, then there is no problem with his opinion. Besides his age is not at the level of Grenade and co’s music.

“I don’t have many words to reply to Kato Lubwama but if that’s how he sees my songs, it’s totally fine. He is free to sing the songs he thinks are authentic. Besides, with his age, I don’t expect him to understand my type of music,” said Grenade.

The Nkuloga singer also addressed claims by a fellow singer, Green Daddy that the Babandana song was his. Green Daddy said that Grenade stole the song from him after listening to and liking it.

Grenade trashed this and said that Green Daddy is just spewing nonsense that he doesn’t have time to address.

Meanwhile, the singer also downplayed rumors of quitting TNS. He said that Jeff Kiwa who is the owner of TNS is his boss and they have many amazing projects coming up.
