HIV Positive Man Who Slept With 19 Women Without Protection Jailed For 6 Years

A 41 year old man identified as Danny C Perry in United States has been subjected to six years in jail for deliberately having sexual intercourse with 19 women without protection.

Danny was found guilty before Nashville court in Tennessee USA after complainants and magistrates confirmed he intentionally infected dozens of ladies with HIV/AIDS.

The hiv positive man has been living with 19 lovers, whilst having sexual relationships with them knowing that he had the incurable disease since the year 2003.

One of his lovers (names withheld) filed a case against him after accessing his Facebook page which confirmed the criminal engaged in sexual relationships with several women in the past two years.

The lady was tested and the results confirmed she was infected with HIV/AIDS.

She however confronted him but the softball player pretended he had no known medical concern, according to reports from Tennessean.

The assistant district attorney Kate Boston Melby noted that Danny deliberately infected someone. He never used protection even though he had sexual intercourse with the victim who filed a complaint.

“He deliberately infected someone with HIV, knew he was infected with HIV, and knew that he could prevent HIV by taking medication and using other forms of protection. And he still chose to be reckless in the lives of others,” Melby told the court.

During the court ruling, prosecution appealed to all ladies who might have engaged in sexual relationships with Danny to come forward so as to be helped.

‘‘Mr Perry is a predator. And we’re here for any victims who have the strength and courage to come forward. We want them to know we’ll support them no matter what the circumstances,” Kate added.
