How COVID-19 Is Transmitted To Several Cargo Truck Drivers

Many Ugandans are wondering why cargo truck drivers are now the top importers of the deadly virus cases, which has jumped to 79 positive cases in Uganda. On Sunday, four Tanzanian truck drivers who arrived at Malaba entry point tested positive.

To clarify better on how Corona virus probably spreads among the cargo truck drivers, there was a border post policeman who was seen in the viral video busy touching truck door handles as he allegedly collects money from the truck drivers without any protection.

Carelessly touching different truck doors can easily carry the deadly virus from truck to another.

The video was evident that it’s probably one of the ways Corona virus is being transmitted to several cargo truck drivers at land boarder points. There are reports emerging that the policeman in the video has been arrested and isolated for failing to comply with the guidelines implemented by the government.

The video clip which is already on twitter has shocked many people who were wondering how the deadly virus cases are increasing so fast.

“Poor innocent Ugandans are under lockdown, struggling with hunger because of the few careless ones..kale !!” One of the angry Ugandans fired at the arrested Policeman.
