Jobline Consultancy Secures 500 Jobs For Drivers To Work In UAE , Qatar

Jobline Consultancy CEO: “The issue of unemployment is rampant in Uganda, you’ll not walk a minute without meeting a jobless Ugandan on the streets of any town across the country. Yet, every year sees thousands graduating from different schools into an environment with nearly no jobs.”

However, external employment firms like Jobline Consultancy are providing a solution for this. They give even those without what many may call a proper education a chance at life.

As of now, Jobline needs at least 500 professional drivers to offer services in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Dubai, this website has established.

He encourages all Ugandans between the ages of 25-45 to try and seat for interviews at the Jobline Consultancy offices in Naalya-Kampala.

According to Frank Mubiru, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, interviews for drivers destined for UAE under the Emirates Taxis start immediately after the Easter Holidays.

“We recruit professional drivers to work in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Dubai. There are various transportation jobs including trailer drivers, taxi drivers, heavy vehicle drivers, personal drivers and other driving professionals,” said Mubiru.

He noted that apart from drivers, Jobline Consultancy also recruits Security Guards. These they deploy to guard in some of the most dynamic cities in the Middle East. They include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain among others.

Mubiru also noted that these are places with low unemployment and a diversity of work opportunities.

“One of the most highly coveted jobs among applicants seeking work in the semi-skilled sector is getting a job as a security guard in the above-listed countries,” he said.

Jobline Consultancy (http://joblineconsultancy.com/) external labour recruiting agency is duly registered with the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. It is also a member of the Uganda Association of External Recruitment Agencies (UAERA)

Mubiru explained that after Covid-19 struck, it rendered many Ugandans jobless. This created a huge gap and an eventual increase in the demand for jobs for maids in the Middle East.

He said they recruit maids and train them as nannies to carry out housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.

He said this job is often physically strenuous and involves repetitive motions. There is often no minimum educational requirement for this job in particular.

Jobline Consultancy also recruits cleaners and take them to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar etc.

Apart from drivers, security guards and cleaners, Jobline also vets and recruits professionals. These among others include Plumbers, Painters, Waitresses, Waiters, Sales professionals and Cashiers.

He urged Ugandans to take these opportunities seriously and get out of the poverty line.
