Lucky Mbabazi’s Channel Returns In Season 2 This Weekend

Come this weekend on Saturday, all foot steps are expected to lead towards Legends Rugby Grounds for the Lucky Mbabazi’s Groove Back 2 fitness event. This program was hosted by Capital FM’s show presenter Lucky, which aims at working-out with fitness experience.

During this weekend, the show will start from 3pm to 8pm and it will be a moment of pleasure filled with workout experience. The show host called upon the general public to participate and learn general tricks of self-defense by great instructors.

Among those to appear on that day include zumba, aerobics, yoga and kid games. Only 20,000 shillings will be for adults, 10k for children and 30k for couples at the entrance.

During a Press Conference today, Mbabazi finally said that this Groove Back 2 fitness is working out with Police Force.

The Assistant IGP Andrew Sorowen was among the people who were present during the official announcement. Police and security operatives need these skills to attain fitness, self-defense skills, on top of the zumba, aerobics and many more.
