Man Hires Medical Doctor To Kill His Wife For Shs5 Million

The chief magistrate court in Luwero has commenced the hearing of scenario in which a man is alleged to have connived with his concubine to bribe a medical doctor to have the mother of his four children killed through medical procedure.

Dr Bainomugisha a key prosecution witness in the case of conspiracy told court that he had been approached by Mr Fred Musoke with his girlfriend Ms Enid Kanyonyizi to execute the deal in exchange for Shs 5m once his legal wife had been killed by medical means.

Doctor Bainomugisha further provided to court the recorded conversation between the two suspects in their mischievous mission through medical procedure at the facility to faze out any possibility of suspicion by the relatives since all other means would pave way for possible investigation.

“I didn’t only act professionally, but had deep pain to save the life of this mother by any means through contacting the authorities.I knew that if I simply turned away the suspects they could possibly find alternative means to fulfill the mission basing on their determination they both had,” said the Doctor in court presided by Chief Magistrate Mariam Nalwanga on March 6.

However court records prove that on December 16,2022 ,Ms Kanyonyizi who was a client at Global Medical Center and a resident of Bombo town council approached the Dr and in a recorded communication shows how she hadn’t come as a patient but rather to crack a deal with the Dr. with involvement of another man identified as Friday Musoke.

Mr Musoke said his wife had made his life difficult

Doctor Bainomugisha further told court that they had even negotiated to pass over the information to police at Bombo through general inquiry.

In addition Dr Bainomugisha also provided a recorded communication they had with Mr Musoke explaining how his wife had made his life difficult, usurped all his powers as head of the family and ensured that their four children had turned against him as a father.

He further reveled to him that he had tried several means to execute his wife but all ways failed.

Doctor Bainomugisha also proved to court how Ms. Kanyonyizi had turned up at Global Medical Center to deliver the Shs 500000 as the first installment of the negotiated amount .

Court heard that on the following day on December 30, 2022 Mr Musoke called Dr Bainomugisha that he was to pick up chloroform he would use to render his wife unconscious to enable him transport her to Dr Bainomugisha health facility to close the deal.

In due course Dr Bainomugisha contacted Luwero District police commander who also contacted the Police Flying Squad for action and finally Musoke was arrested to ensure investigations aren’t tampered with.
