However, Brian White used to throw lots of cash in bars and night clubs. Many people claimed that he was employed by government to attract as many ghetto youth as possible to support NRM, but unfortunately, revelers believe that he failed to control Bobi Wine.

Many ‘People Power‘ supporters have come out and labeled Sipapa as a thief, judging him from his past experience. Many revelers mentioned that the socialite can’t even talk in public only he knows is to throw money at people.

A few of Sipapa’s pictures where he was rescued by police and taken to Mulago hospital for treatment have been shared on Facebook. Many have criticized president Museveni and blamed him for inviting and appointing someone who was once a Kampala robber.
