Meet James Mworia, A Kenyan Man Who Earns KSh1 Million A Day

The CEO and the managing director of Centum Investments, Mworia James Mwirigi, a former student of Machakos University was named the 2^nd top earner in the republic of Kenya, the year 2017. James earned KShs375.6 million or one million a single day in the end of year 2017, according to business daily report.

The above said amount was an increase of 87% from what he received in the year before. James, a born of 1978 is a business executive and a lawyer as well as an accountant by profession, according to Wikipedia.

In 2016 September, James Mworia was ranked the highest paid Chief Executive Officer . Since then, his earnings have however increased tremendously the following years up to the present.

A couple of years ago, he was a student of Machakos University, honorary doctor of business, he has a bachelor of Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) [K] and Law, he earned a Bachelor’s degree of Law from Nairobi University and thereafter, he joined Strathmore University where he studied Finance and Accounting.

Since 2001, he has been serving as the filing clerk in Centum investments before he was appointed as CEO.

In the year 2008, Mworia was appointed the CEO at the age of 30, in Oct 2011, he was recognized as one of the best performers and therefore, given Africa Young Business Leader of the year award.

His talent and hard work has transformed his life surprisingly to an extent that he’s now a role model to majority of young men and women.
