My Boss Fired Me For Demanding My Salary, Now I Own His Company

Why would you hire someone and not pay them? It’s the worst thing a boss can do to an employee particularly in this tough economy. I worked for my boss wholeheartedly but he refused to pay me.

I sacrificed everything to make sure the hardware picked up. We opened a hardware in the midst of some crazy competitions.

Our competitors could get products from very concerned Indians who weren’t paying taxes, which means their goods were sold cheaply.

But with my knowledge in business, I managed to convince customers we were selling our goods at a premium because they were original. I built a customer base of loyal clients who always came for original goods.

Within six months, the business was making up to Ksh 2 million every month, the most of any business in town. I expected that my boss would double my salary but he fired me and kicked me out like a stray dog.

For the six months I had worked for him, he hadn’t paid me. He told me to be patience as he paid off his creditors. He kicked me out without a single cent.
