Naked Body Of Unidentified Man Handcuffed, Beheaded in Kampala City

News that reached our desk this morning indicate that the naked body of unidentified man who looks to be in his early 40s has been found with his hands manacled and his head cut off, then deserted in the bush along Sentema raod within Kampala City.

Mr Owoyesigyire Luke, the Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson however said their police officers reached the area and found the body with missing parts. The deceased wasn’t identified, but investigations have been launched.

Police officers are still within the place trying to look for the missing head, but the reason as to why this man was killed is not yet known,’’Mr Luke said.

Such horrible killings, mostly among men have not been usual recently.

Beheading habit has been common in children whose organs are taken to witch doctors,’’he said.

Mr Luke advised anybody with a missing male relative of around 38 to 40 years to reach the City Mortuary to see if he’s the one.
