Kayima said that police officers have been deployed at One Love beach, Busabala to block revelers, he further said that this concert was blocked because it wasn’t cleared and the 1st things were not done.

Hon Bobi Wine didn’t write to Police asking for security and permission to hold his concert which was meant to take place today,’’he said.

During an interview with NBS TV, Emilian Kayima said he doesn’t think the concert will happen unless it was authorized this morning. If Honorable MP has not written to the law enforcement concerning his concert, it isn’t my problem, because if he did, police would give him a go ahead, according to Daily Monitor.
