The Police Has Been infiltrated by weevils-Says Museveni

President Museveni spoke about his sacking of the former inspector general of police Gen Kale Kayihura while addressing the women’s day on 8^th March 2018 in Mityana District.

Museveni said that the criminals that committee crimes can be arrested only that the police was infested by bean weevils that are now out.

Could the president mean that kayihura who was recently sacked has been the weevil in the force?

Kayihura was replaced by the former deputy IGP okoth and tumwine replaced tumukunde who was also sacked as the security minister of the country.

“Since the bean weevil are out, the criminals are to be arrested, “the Museveni assured his citizens.

M7’s comments have come at the time where Uganda natives are living in fear because of the increased kidnaps, murders and life threats on a daily basis.

Last year 2017, over 20 women from Wakiso district were being killed though m7 revealed that these murderers were already in prison. And it’s in this year were the AIGP Felix Kaweesi was murdered in the broad light.

Kayihura left the police force that he has headed for almost 12 years in a bad shape. The police’s images is no longer trusted by the people claiming that police is the mastermind in most crimes occurring in the country.
