Psychiatrist Reveals How Pastor Bugingo Saved Himself From Depression

A psychiatrist has come out to reveal how Pastor Bugingo saved himself from undergoing depression. This is after the House of Prayer International Ministries lead pastor decided to make amends with his children.

According to this psychiatrist, Bugingo arrived at the stage of acceptance and this is good towards recovery.

If he hadn’t and had gone ahead with that state of denial, he would have ended up in depression. This would most definitely be catastrophic to the religious leader.

He also said the Pastor still has another stage to sort out and this is resolution.

When one has finally made terms with their situation, they then have to make solutions for what has been bothering them.

“It’s great for Pastor Bugingo to arrive to such a place. Had he failed to address the issue at hand, it would have had dire consequences for him such as depression. And it would be so bad for a religious leader of thousands of people to be depressed. However now there is another stage called resolution that he has to arrive at. Once you have accepted your shortfalls, you then have to deal with them with solutions,’ the psychiatrist said.

It should be recalled that Bugingo recently during a church sermon opened the doors for his children to return to him. He said he misses them and for the past seven years, they haven’t been chatting.

However, he’s never blocked any of them and they know where to find him

The Pastor said that as a born again Christian who wants to go to heaven, he can’t keep harboring grudges against his own children.
