Minister Kivejinja told Bobi Wine that he should take things slow, adding that when time comes, the old guys will definitely hand-over power without being pushed to.

In response to minister, Bobi said nothing will stop the youth in their hunt to take over power.

The Kyadondo East legislator arrived in Bugiri at 5pm amid fears that he might be arrested. Police had earlier on recommended that the victory party will not take place because security was not guaranteed at the venue.

Asuman Basalirwa insisted that the victory party must go on by all means, and indeed it went on without any problem.

He disclosed that them the (old guards) will hand over at the convenient time when they find somebody worthy to take power in a peaceful manner.
