Black still has to complete her studies at the Glasgow university, but now she will be putting her politics degree into practice as a pro independent in the Scottish National Party [SNP] MP for Renfrewshire south and Paisley.[6] The bold woman whose first name is “Mary” won the election last Thursday with over the majority of 5000  winning Douglas Alexander who is 47 years old of the Labour Party being the Foreign affairs personnel and also the campaign chief in the party.[1]

As the result was announced a big shout came out from her supporters at the count centre but Black spoke calmly and swore to improve the life of the ordinary Scots.[3]

This Scottish youngest MP grew up in a family that supported the Labour party.

But as the majority in Scotland,[8] she has turned her back on the Opposition party claiming that the party has  become too distant from its supporters .

She also said that her town has declined in such a way that one among five people live in poverty and one among three families are forced to use food banks in Paisley.[1] She also campaigned in the Scottish Independence Referendum last September but she lost, few weeks later she wrote for the AFP that it didn’t mean that her dream had died.

For her place in parliament, this youngest MP gave out her credentials in the parliament including her full support for home team Patrick Thistle. On the SNP website Black also campaigned for the war in Iraq and also worked for the charity Oxfam,[9] but the referendum was a turning point for her,” she said.”

I was tired of the words vote Labour keep out of party members, unexpectedly referendum woke up every one and also I regret saying those words, those who criticise me being young,[4] I want to let you know that am old enough to pay taxes and fight in war, to add-on that,  i am not nervous but those down in London who have answers for what they have done are more nervous.”said Black.”[1]
