Segirinya Promises Two Kilos of Offals To Every New Mother In Kawempe North Hospital

Member of Parliament for Kawempe, Mohammad Segirinya has yet again made his people happy. He has promised two kilos of offals to every new mother in Kawempe North Hospital.

He recently bought some new equipment for the hospital because it was apparently in bad shape. It is because of this reason that he probably has put up this offer though we don’t know for how long.

“Each Child you give birth to at Kawempe North Hospital, you get yourself a prize of two kilograms of Byenda” Segirinya tweeted.

Some of the people on social media had mixed feelings on this issue. Some hailed him while others say he should concentrate on his real job.

“Receiving 2kgs of “ebyenda” and yet there is an underlying notorious bill aiming at abolishing Mailo Land system is mere mockery. The Hon. Mr. Update should now focus on his work as a Legislator.
Your people will enjoy the “ebeyenda” provided that their land is safe,” a one Ziwa Walter responded.

Some of the people say the best to do is for him to create jobs because offals are literally just a drop in the ocean.

“Then after, who will take care of,‼️ Education‼️ Food and shelter‼️ Healthcare services? Àfricans are a disgrace to themselves. Don’t give fish to the hungry, give him or her a hook to go and fish,” a one Kaka a ya Moses wrote.

Ssegirinya has been seen doing a lot of things including carrying food to homes. Collecting money to make good roads. We don’t know if he will keep up with this for 5 years.
