The Cause Of Heavy Jam Today, Just Man Celebrating His Birthday

The traffic jam in Kampala is as crazy as it could get because of the birthday celebration of the first son, Muhoozi Kainerubaga.

Yesterday, the Uganda Police Force published a road map for all travelers to follow as they go about their business. Some roads are currently prohibited because they directly lead to the birthday venue, Lugogo Cricket Oval.

It all seemed like a joke when it was still in talks but it turns out the birthday was surely going to be celebrated in a big way. The traffic jam has annoyed most of the business operators who have run to social media to rant about what they call unnecessary causes for it.

Some have even given up going to work because it just became impossible to maneuver through it all.

“Is all this traffic due to that stupid birthday …Mahn btw screw those clowns rubbish!! Business can’t halt because of some dumb big child!,” a one Ann Kugonza tweeted.

“If our cars run out of fuel in this unnecessary traffic, we know where we are sending the bill!” a one Joseph Timbe tweeted.

The traffic jam started as early as 6:30am when security was poured all over Jinja Road streets.

Meanwhile, today is also Bobi Wine’s first son’s birthday. Obviously, this has only made the day more controversial and those who love violence have milked it.

“Happy birthday First Son Shadrack Mbogo Kyagulanyi. You are loved, not just by your fellow pupils that overwhelmingly trusted you to lead them in a free and fair election recently but also by millions who love President @HEBobiwine,” Patrick Kanyomozi, President of Ugandans on Twitter posted.
