The Vulnerable Talk About Females Is So Lay Right Now

I find it lay lately to still name females vulnerable and incapable. We are in the 21st century for crying out loud! It is even more absurd to hear these things from the women themselves. Are we just saying it to retain the sympathy because truth of the matter is that that word fits no where in a woman’s description lately.

Time and again, women have proved to be stronger than anticipated. If we are still talking the feminism talk then we just need to change the narrative. The truth of the matter is that women are not in the place as men. But also it doesn’t mean they are vulnerable. Women have been in places where they never had opportunities to be in way back.

Where is the problem?

If by now, we can sit on the same table with men and discuss matters in all spheres, then surely calling women vulnerable is actually offensive. Every time you tell your mind the same thing, your actions produce the exact result. If we keep teaching girls that they are vulnerable then even when they grow up into women they will act vulnerable. Its time to start walking the journey of the ‘we are strong talk.’

It’s not like women have no challenges anymore. I mean up to now some people still consider gender when giving jobs or opportunities. I, however want to think the issue is not on the women but on the people who fuel gender imbalance. The joke should be on them. The world has changed too much and so have women. They are involved in nearly everything that spells change.

It starts with the women however, let them start the we-are-strong kind of talk so that it sticks in their minds. Let’s start from the roots, teach the girls that nothing can stop them and let’s watch the results a few years from now.
