Burundi is still in problems!
Most of the mediators within the country have requested the government of Burundi to postpone the election and give time for some Burundians that have fled from the country to come back which will allow the country to have inclusive elections.
As the country faces its worst crisis since its civil war ended nine years back, the opposition in the country have vowed that the Monday polls won’t take place and also the UN secretary General Ban ki Moon said polls should be cancelled.
Despite the many killed through the violence and the political unrest in the country, the country’s national election commission has said it is ready for the elections on the Monday polls.
