Tribal Talk On Twitter Leaves Baganda And Banyakole Locking Horns

Twitter has been on fire for the past few days with the whole tribal talk that has not left tweeps the same. This talk has mostly been between the Baganda and Banyakole.

Both have been claiming that they don’t know how to support each other. The root cause of this fight was a thread tweet by a one Sotrixbax who said Baganda only pretend to be United but they are not.

“Baganda is a weird tribe and don’t let their love for Kabaka tell you otherwise, it’s their communities filled with witchcraft. They hide under the pretense of we welcome and support everyone as they let businesses of fellow Baganda perish.”

He said one shouldn’t go abroad to witness nepotism because that can clearly be seen in Buganda.

“Forget about nepotism, go to an institution with the head a muganda and you will notice that Baganda don’t even hire their own people. How many did Kiddu Makubuya appoint when he was Attorney general or minister for education & sports. Back to a more realistic example, y’all gigs you be yearning for here, the support the other tribes give to each other, you will see all of them on the same gig, but let a muganda be the plug and see…” He added.

This didn’t sit well with the Baganda on board who said Sotrixbax has no right to talk about tribalism. This is especially because he is a Munyakole.

This became serious to the point that people made cocoons in their tribes. However some people have strongly disagreed with this on going activity because tribal wars usually breed from such situations.
