Tributes Pour In For Late Mowzey Radio To Mark His Birthday

As it nears four years since Mowzey Radio,one of Uganda’s best singers to walk the land passed on, tributes have been jetting in from different artists and fans world over.

Radio was a talent like no other and it’s fair to say that his void is still felt up to now.

The Neera singer would have made 37 years today since today 25th January is his birthday. He however unfortunately celebrated his 33rd birthday in a coma and passed away on 1st of February 2018.

Taking to the social media page that they held together as Radio and Weasel, the surviving member of the crew, Weasel wrote a birthday tribute to his fallen mate.

“To the Brightest star up there, we honor and celebrate your legacy on your birthday tonight RADIOLOGY. Happy birthday in heaven.

Moses made us cry, laugh, love and dance at the same time. The Genius who sang his own tribute songs in advance . And now he’s singing with the angels. Angel music, rest in peace MarkSuudi,” Weasel wrote.

Radio week

This week in the entertainment industry is dubbed as the Radio week. This is where the late singer’s music is always played and his achievements celebrated.

A number of media stations have been and continue to play his music for the rest of the week. Musicians such as Vboyo, GNL Zamba, Aziz Azion, Michael Ross, Jose Chameleone have come out to eulogize the singer.

Although Radio was a hothead, his talent and intelligence was undoubted. He was a gem and arguably the best of his era.

This is something that many artists and fans acknowledge. His death surely broke a lot of fan’s hearts and still aches up to now.
