Ugandan Government Responds To Trump On American Kidnappers

In response to Donald Trump, the government spokesperson, Mr Ofwono Opondo said more people die of gun shots in United States than kidnaps in Uganda.

This is how Opondo replied to Trump’s earlier tweet ordering Ugandan government to do whatever they can to find the kidnappers of the American tourist, Endicott Kimberley and her guide, Mr Mirenge Paul.

Uganda must find the kidnappers of the American Tourist and guide before people will feel safe in going there. Bring them to justice openly and quickly!

According to Mr Ofwono, despite more gun deaths in United States, people still travel there, he however assured Trump that Uganda will put in more effort to fight against criminality. The pearl of Africa continues to tighten its security and get rid of criminality with pain,’said Mr Ofwono.

There’s fear that Donald Trump could threaten by denying Ugandans an opportunity to travel to US in case the government fails to find Endicott’s kidnappers.
