University Slay Queen Seduces Landlord, Takes Over His Building

The University Slay Queen said when she was watching a Nigerian movie recently, she found a popular saying you use what you have to get what you don’t have.

For example, when you don’t have money, you use your skills to get money and use the same money to buy food. It is a very simple logic.

In her case, the University Slay Queen didn’t have money and didn’t have skills to get herself a job. But she is a student at a local university to get these skills which will help her get a job.

The problem is I might drop out of campus for lack of school fees. Ok it is not really school fees that I am afraid of but a place to stay.

When I joined college, my parents sold a cow to enable me pay my bills. I also get a little money from HELB. But HELB is unreliable as they disburse the funds when and if they feel like.

My landlord doesn’t understand that. He wants me to pay rent before 5^th. So last month, he knocked on my door on 10^th. I didn’t have money.

But it seems it was a lucky day for me as he found me in booty shorts and I noticed how he looked at me. Men are just men. This is a guy older than my dad but I could see the lust in his eyes.

He told me I could pay the rent when I wanted and shouldn’t worry about being kicked out. That evening, he sent me Ksh 2000 with a message about how he cared for me. The game was on. Remember the lesson about using what you have.

After receiving the money, the University Slay Queen sent him a naughty pic of her and asked if he wanted that. He answered in the affirmative. She asked the landlord to come to her place and gave him a night he would never forget.
