West Ham target Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade

Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is a potential target for West Ham should manager Arsene Wenger contemplate selling the winger in the summer.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is keen to play more regularly when fit but the Hammers would not be alone in their pursuit with Liverpool, Manchester City, United and Chelsea all monitoring developments.

The 22-year-old, who is sidelined for another six weeks with knee ligament damage, has made 33 appearances this season though just 17 of those have been starts.

N’Koudou in particular is a bright talent who started out at Paris Saint-Germain and has been capped by France at Under 21 level.

West Ham have had success recruiting Dimitri Payet from the French side and believe a deal can be done for all three as they plan for their move from the Boleyn Ground to the Olympic Stadium.

Payet has been a revelation during his first season in England, scoring 10 goals in 28 appearances so far this term and driving the Hammers towards qualification for European competition.
