Why It’s time For Some Hope To Be Spread More Than The Bad News

So much negative news now calls for the spread of some hope to the world. There has been a lot of bad news all over that people have given in to depression. Not denying the fact that, yes Covid is killing people.

Children are not going to school. Churches are locked. Many people are not working. At least all of us by now have lost a relative to this pandemic.

It is so absurd, the first thing you see in the morning online is “rest in peace” after someone has succumbed to this virus.

It’s like everyone has resigned to this virus and they don’t know about tomorrow. We now know how the virus is spread. We know what to do to protect ourselves from the virus.

The numbers are increasing. We also know that the virus is among us now more than ever.

Despite all this, we still need to live. We can’t live in fear for the rest of all the time. Once in a while, we need to hear from those who have survived Covid.

The stories of those who have beat the virus. These testimonies are very important because not only do they make us strong, but also those who are with covid now know there is life after the virus.

The Ministry if Health can make this possible. They can work with the media to give some hope to the people. Otherwise many people are dying of depression because the just don’t know what to do.

The Uganda National Drug Authority approving Covidex is also good and shows we are heading somewhere.
