Some people just want to show up in a place because they are supposed to be there and forget to be smart. This not only applies to corporate places but also those places that appear local or native.

Would it hurt for you to go smartly dressed in the market and sell your fruits or vegetables? Where did they write that if you work in a market, you must look lousy and shabby?

As a customer, attractive people always get our attention. I mean, smartly dressed, wonderful scent, clean area to mention but a few. The whole atmosphere is created by the first impression before even knowing your prices and the sort. You can even attract bigger deals just because of the way you look and package yourself.

What you need to do

When we go to the cooperate place for an interview, dress in accordance to the job you want to get. Why would you come in damaged jeans to do news anchoring auditions? However good you’re, you will lose some people on the panel because you will look off.

Always make sure that your physical appearance speaks volumes before you even open your mouth. Don’t forget to choose your perfume or deodorant right.

We do so much about the research before the interview, the internal things, and forget about the external. Some jobs are actually looking for those who actually look good before they know what is in your brain. Give time to everything to do with you not somethings.

Get that dress, get that suit, match up to the game. Don’t dress effortlessly because you’re having a small business. Be smart in and out.
