Balaam Reveals Reasons Why He Joined The MK Movement

Events promoter Balaam Barugahare has revealed the reasons why he decided to join the MK (Muhoozi Kainerugaba) movement. This movement started last year 2022 as a way of celebrating the first son’s birthday from different areas of the country.

After birthday celebrations, Muhoozi and his people continued to visit areas in Uganda talking to people about the hardships they face.

Rumours started that the first son might be on the move to start his own political party. This would mean a contest against his father H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the president of Uganda.

Gen Muhoozi also teased people on social media that he is willing to contest as the president of Uganda. It is one of his mother’s dream to see him lead Uganda.

Recently, the MK Movement has been competing with Bobi Wine’s political party National Unity Platform (NUP).

They have been comparing numbers of people that attend their rallies in different parts of Uganda talking about who is better than the other. According to Balaam, the MK Movement is better than NUP in many ways.

He said his reason for joining it is to serve the country and add good things on what President Museveni has done. They are not against the president, they are just helping him serve Ugandans better.

“I joined the MK movement to serve the country and add on the good things the president has done,” he said.
