Cindy To Start Recording New Music Next Month After Two-Year Break

Singer and Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) president, Cindy Sanyu, is to start recording new music come next month. She said this through her social media platforms after a two-year break.

Cindy has been focusing on her family, marriage and two children with a newborn inclusive. Like any other artiste when they give birth, they take a break. For Cindy, she took a longer break than any other Ugandan female artiste.

However, she has been active in performances during her break. Cindy has been making money through performing live band on nights in certain bars and different concerts.

However, now that her daughter is two years old and can be easily taken care of by a nanny, she is getting back into music.

She asked her fans if they could give her any ideas on what they would like her to sing about. Cindy said she needs to sing about something that will impact the lives of her fans.

“I am getting into studio to record new music next month. Do you have any topics you think I should focus on that will impact your life as a fan?,” she said.

It should be noted that the singer calls herself the King. She also believes she is one of the female artists in Uganda with the best vocals. She even once called for a live band battle with her long-time nemesis Sheebah Kalungi.
