Museveni Owes Uganda Cranes With 200M For AFCON Qualifiers Game With Lesotho

The President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni expressed a good heart when he offered 200 millions to Uganda Cranes team. Since the team is looking forward to play with Lesotho this Saturday, the president therefore had to support the cranes for this up coming match.

Yesterday was the day that Uganda maked 56 years of Independence, and with all the honor and pride, Ugandans felt so happy and excited. From then in the evening, the president announced to give the Cranes 200 M that will help them in their game that will take place on 13th of October.

Museveni gives 200M to Uganda Cranes.

Therefore, the conference concerning this took place in Entebbe at the State House ahead of the team’s group L qualifying game against Lesotho at the Namboole Stadium three days from now.

Relating from FUFA, Museveni shared a great discussion concerning soccer issues with the subjects before honoring their struggle in rising the Ugandan flag to the top most high.

“I have given you an Aeroplane to transfer the team to Lesotho for their Africa Cup of Nations encounter next Tuesday. I hope the team maintains their top spot and qualifies for the 2019 championship in Cameroon. Each player will also receive a token of appreciation,”Museveni urged them.

At-last the meeting was done and president Museveni interestingly gave his last injection of happiness to the team with money.

“I have also offered you 200 million Uganda shillings to help you in preparations and getting good results.”
