UB40 Concert New Date Announced By Next Media

Next media has announced new dates for the UB40 concert after it was postponed in December 2023. UB40 featuring Ali Campbell was supposed to perform in Uganda last year at Kololo airstrip grounds.

Unfortunately, on the day he was supposed to perform, President Museveni used the venue for another meeting. Next media that had booked it couldn’t access it.

The company, therefore, decided to reschedule the concert to a later date. They have finally announced that fans can start booking their tickets and tables.

They further revealed that UB40 featuring Ali Campbell will be performing in Uganda on 2nd March 2024 at Kololo airstrip.

Next Media also said they had been waiting for that day as they wanted Ugandans to enjoy their lifetime concert with the legendaries group.

“The wait is now over 😍😍 the UB40 featuring Ali Campbell is scheduled to take place on the 2nd of March at Kololo Independence grounds 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳,”

It should be remembered that some Ugandans were not happy when Next Media first announced that the group will be performing in Uganda.

One of these people is singer Winnie Nwagi, who said she was expecting them to bring more high-profile artists. Especially the likes of Beyonce, not UB40 who had even performed in Uganda before.
