Abitex Denies Being Impeached As President Of Promoters In Uganda

Events promoter Abbey Musinguzi aka Abitex has refuted rumors that he was impeached as the president of the promoters in Uganda. It should be recalled that a letter from the Uganda Promoters Association a while ago revealed that he had been relieved of his duties.

This was due to his involvement in the Alien Skin-Pallaso fracas. Abitex was faulted for trying to cause malice to a fellow promoter Balaam. However, the promoter says that he will stop being the president of promoters at his own wish.

“I’m still the president of the promoters in Uganda. I haven’t been removed by anyone and neither do I intend to step down for anyone. I’m still the president of promoters. I will only step down when I wish so,” he said.

The promoter also addressed his little feud with female singer Leila Kayondo. Apparently Leila threatened to beat up Abitex after he provoked her.

The events promoter however said that he provoked Leila knowingly that she would retaliate. And as a promoter stirring Leila up just brought her back in the faces of the masses.

Meanwhile the promoter also talked about his marital life. Apparently he’s only raising his kids by himself as he doesn’t want to involve any woman.

He said that most women are cheats who never acknowledge their mistakes. Therefore, he doesn’t intend to plant a woman in his kids despite having had over 50 women.
