Abitex Fulfills Comedian Reign’s Birthday Wish

Local events promoter Abbey Musinguzi alias Abitex has fulfilled comedian Reign’s birthday wish yesterday.  Apparently, the comedian will be celebrating his 31st birthday soon.

He took to his social media and listed down a number of people who he expects to give him birthday gifts. These included NUP leader Bobi Wine who he asked to give him Shs 2m.

The Katikiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga was on the list and the comedian asked him for a plot of land on Masaka road.

There were about 30-plus people Reign listed who could bless him with cash. Abitex has now become the first person to heed the call of the funny man. Apparently, the events promoter handed Shs 1m cash to the comedian and his partner, Maulana.

According to Abitex, he’s never heard the comedy duo in any wrangles. It’s the reason he quickly answered the call. We await to see if the other mentioned people will also spoil Reign with the cash he asked for.

Memes and jokes flew around when Bobi Wine’s name was mentioned. Some people said that they were waiting to see if the NUP principal would actually answer the call. This is because according to some people, he’s stingy and doesn’t usually give out money.

Many people who have deserted his political journey have one accusation in common. This is because he doesn’t give out anything valuable to his close allies.

However, on several occasions, these people have been told how the NUP Struggle is not for personal gains on an individual basis but for Ugandans.
