Bobi Wine’s Big Crowds On His National Tour Are Meaningless- Muyanga Lutaaya

Failed politician and media personality Muyanga Lutaaya has revealed that NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine’s huge crowds on his current ongoing national tour are meaningless.

The 2021 presidential runner-up kicked off his statewide awareness tour in Western Ugandan city, Mbarara.

So far he has traversed Mbarara, Fort Portal and Kabale completing his western tour yesterday. And the welcome he has received has been enormous with huge crowds turning up to show him support.

Muyanga however while appearing on Baba TV said that these crowds are of no substantial measure to Kyagulanyi’s success.

He added that the former MP now feels like he has won a battle for getting these masses in Museveni and Muhoozi’s area of origin. However, this is a battle he’s in with himself alone.

Furthermore, he added that most youths are idle and jobless. Therefore, turning up in large numbers to see the most successful and popular musician in the country is no big deal.

Even if it was Alien Skin or Katumba Oyee who went there, they would get such crowds.

The TV presenter gave an example of himself in the 2021 general elections. He had stood for the Bulamogi county in Kaliro district parliamentary seat.

He however lost but says that on one of his rallies, he pulled about 20,000 people but only received about 11,000 votes. Therefore masses usually misrepresent the entire picture because they hardly grasp any political message.

Muyanga also said that in the race to become president, Kyagulanyi now has to race with Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba. The first son has apparently rooted himself firmly in the race and anybody who overlooks him knows nothing.

Besides, President Museveni is also in this race because he possesses the ability to keep reinventing himself.

Meanwhile, Lutaaya yesterday revealed that he had resigned from Baba TV 2 days after being appointed the General Manager.
