Catherine Kusasira Gives An Update About Her Heart Surgery

Singer Catherine Kusasira has given an update about her heart surgery that was done yesterday in the US. It is said that she had traveled weeks ago because of the breathing complications she was facing.

According to a social media post, Kusasira had her surgery yesterday. They said it was successful and she is now on the journey of healing.

“Our dear Ugandans, our Diva Catherine Kusasira had a Successful Operation Yesterday🙏🙏… Let’s pray so that she gets a Haste recovery🙏🙏. Thank you so much Bodyguard Lilly Kissy Klapwijk and Ritah Kaggwa Blog for the Updates.. Though the information I am receiving on the table is that she’s so weak bambi!!,” A post from her account reads.

There was a rumor making rounds on social media that the singer went to the US with the intention of seeking asylum.

It said that her husband Sseruga and one of their sons moved to the USA one year ago and she is also trying harder to find her way there.

There are so many celebrities who have left the country and haven’t returned. Most of them went as visitors but ended up seeking asylum.

For Kusasira, it is not clear whether she will come back or not. According to the photos she was clearly in the hospital and if all goes well, she will be on her way back to Uganda soon.
