Events Promoter, Andrew Bajjo Released On Police Bond

Events promoter Andrew Bajjo spent the night of 6th September 2021 in the coolers and only got released yesterday 7th September.

The motor mouthed Bajjo had been summoned by Police to the CID headquarters in Kibuli to record a statement.

He was subsequently sent to Jinja road Police station where he spent the night. Bajjo was released on bond and is set to return to court on the 21st of September 2021.

He however denied being the one in the video despite all evidence showing it was him. Bajjo said that he told the officers to work on what was being said in the video.

“I have been released on bail and will return on 21st this month. They charged me with crimes I don’t even understand. The Bajjo however in the video is not me. I told them to work on what the wrong Bajjo in the video was saying before arresting me the real Bajjo.” The comical events promoter said.

Bajjo also said that he had learnt that being on the people’s side is always the right thing to do regardless. This was due to the immense love they showed him while behind bars.

“I have learnt that siding with the oppressed people is priceless. They have showed me immense love and most brought me food which I left in jail. Also my fellow promoters came through and I’m glad that the industry was behind me.” Bajjo said.

He reiterated that he will continue speaking up for the people despite being called stupid.
