To add on the list, these students will still be granted more tools, online mock tests and written examinations for the top 100. Only 3 will be counted out to represent Uganda in the regional finals in December, South Africa and finals will be China in April next year.

“Through this competition, all students will be connected to industrial learning technologies and prepare for their careers earlier, access to various learning tools and resources from Huawei and also the Ugandan students would be able to compete with other various other countries in Africa and the world if they manage to pass the preliminary stages.” Managing Director of Huawei, Liujiawei.

But while interviewing one of the Makerere University student called Kidega Moses, who does Software engineering, he thanked Huawei Uganda for the great free chance given to the Makerere dudes to learn and to compete with other students.
